We are a Chilean applied-science company: we take hard technical problems and turn them into products that get used. Our flagship development is SPHERA, a 3D correlation software for oncological surgery that we have been building with Fundación Arturo López Pérez since December 2024, and which in 2026 was awarded Start-Up Chile Ignite, a Corfo fund.

The same team —engineering, artificial intelligence and training— is the one that works with companies and schools on automation, AI adoption and STEM programmes. Altitud 100K SpA has been incorporated in Chile since March 2025 and holds the Sello Empresa Mujer, the women-led business seal of ChileCompra.

Everything we do falls into two fronts:

We create technology. R&D and proprietary technology: we research, design and develop custom engineering solutions, focused on medical engineering and oncology. This is where SPHERA and Insight AI ES live.

We apply technology. Solutions for organizations: implementing AI in real business processes, automating tasks, measuring the return on training, corporate training in AI and leadership, STEM bootcamps for schools and universities, and team-building experiences built on aerospace engineering.

SPHERA is not a laboratory exercise: it is software developed inside an OECI-accredited cancer centre, used across 33 real surgical sessions, with a documented clinical series and results presented at two international conferences. That same demand —working where a mistake has consequences— is what we apply when we implement AI in a company or design a STEM programme.

We are also a company founded and led by women, recognised with the Sello Empresa Mujer, the women-led business seal of ChileCompra.

Our base is in Puente Alto, Santiago Metropolitan Region, and we operate throughout Chile, on site or remotely as the project requires. The clinical work behind SPHERA takes place in Santiago, at Fundación Arturo López Pérez.

In 2026 we presented the project in the United States, at the AHNS 12th International Conference on Head and Neck Cancer, in Boston.

It is one of the first questions healthcare institutions ask us, and the technical answer is the one that matters most: SPHERA runs 100 % locally. It is installed inside the network of the institution itself, and the images and 3D models never leave it. There is no cloud and no patient data sent to third parties.

Contractually: we never sell or transfer data for commercial purposes, we operate under NDA on every sensitive project, and we handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy ES and Chilean Law 19.628. We are also adapting our processes to Law 21.719, which comes into force on 1 December 2026 and creates the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency.

It depends on the scope, but we do not work with surprise budgets. For AI, automation and training services we quote per project, with scope and price closed before we start. For SPHERA the model is an annual licence per institution, preceded by a lower-cost pilot that is credited against the licence. Write to us with your case and we will send you a written proposal.
